The person sitting on the reception nature is not good , they are very rude , not at all co-operative. Apart frm tht service is not good place is alsoo not clean. Avoid visiting these place🙏 Worst place in goaaa

We booked it through Yatra and just a week before our travel, we get a call from the hotel that they can't take our booking. This is despite a prepaid booking through Yatra. They gave us the option to either refund our money or transfer to another hotel and in the end, we had no option but to take that deal. Since all the hotels were so expensive at such a short notice, we went ahead and took this offer to transfer to another hotel that they recommended. That hotel turned out to be a disaster - it was such a basic hotel and we regretted taking the offer. I have stayed twice in 16 degrees before and was hoping for the same experience, however, this unprofessional behaviour made sure I never visit them again. How pathetic it is to first accept reservations and then towards the end, tell customers you can't accommodate them as you've taken a mass booking.

All service excellent all staff good persent sambhu sir seirvice is very excellent. Beach walking distance is 7mins.This is our second visit to this place staff very helpful. Good fluffy mattress's clean washroom,good spacious rooms. Nice place .

Amazing place, a few mins walk from baga beach, decent view from balcony, friendly staff, nice stay. One of staff was kind enough to help us with a room to freshen up even after we checked out, really thank full for that.

This is the third time I am visiting Goa and I have to say this was the best experience. The staff is extremely courteous and let us checkin early too. We stayed at the penthouse and the experience was extraordinary. Will definitely come back again with family/friends!
